It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby

The staff at this location were very welcoming and kind, however the cleanliness of our room struggled. The beds were well made, but there was a sand like substance on the floor and opened bars of soap, shampoo and lotion left in our room. The exterior stairs could use some tlc, but were safe and sturdy. Overall the stay was fine. Nothing fancy, great location just minutes from downtown Memphis, Bass Pro Shop and Beale street, awesome price. Just, could have been cleaner.

Good location. Room was okay for the price. Room had giant dead bugs 🐛 on the floor that they say were coming from the pool. For that reason alone I would not recommend staying there. The so-called manager was very rude and disrespectful. Stay at your own risk. You've been warned.
