“This room was booked almost 30 days in advance with the trip insurance via hotels.com. That being said, upon arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation on file. The gentleman could sense our distress and was very accommodating. Thankfully he had a room available (for 2 nights over MEA weekend). The room was very clean and cozy with soft bedding and coordinating thick bathroom towels. Larger fridge. The shower is a bit on the small side but it had 2 celing heaters. “Hot tub was just what I needed! The hotel is clean well cared for. The suite is large. Everything you need is provided. The breakfast (self serve) was fantastic! How they changed an old ship building factory into this wonderful place to stay is amazing. The decor is very well done. Interesting and inviting. ”
