“Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato...

“The shower and sink drains were plugged had to wait for someone to come unplug shower the sink was never fixed during our stay. The room was VERY loud. 3rd floor and we could hear the street noise (car doors closing) all night. All AI/electronic check in and checkout.
