This hotel was lovely. We had a spacious room with two balconies facing Jungfrau mountain. We could sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh cool mountain air and a great view in August. We did not get bit by insects. The bathtub is phenomenal, long and deeper than mine at home in California. The staff were simply wonderful and helpful. Included breakfast was great. Garden was delightful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Swiss Alps.

I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The best part is we arrived earlier then check-in (among many other travellers) and they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready, allowing us to explore Wengen luggage free. They even did the same at check-out, could leave our luggage. The breakfast was also delicious and I highly suggest paying the extra to have it included in your stay!

I completely recommend this place. It has a great location, beautiful views and excellent pianist and singer. Great breakfast. No facility to wash your clothes, but they can do it for you at their price. Also, I would like to recognize the great job the waiters do at breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is right by the train station and within close proximity of many hiking trails. The staff members were welcoming, spoke excellent English, and provided directions and advice on nearby activities. The hotel breakfast was included with our room, and was an impressive buffet meal.

The view from our balcony was amazing! The downside - you share it with two other people so leaving it open at night to let air in wasn’t something we wanted to do. There was no AC so it did get hot and no fridge in the room. The tub had some staining so wasn’t willing to use it. However, like I mentioned the view was great so it was a good / ok hotel.

This stay was disappointing from all other hotels I booked around my Switzerland trip. Customer service wasn’t that great. If you are lucky then you get a good view room. Breakfast didn’t have much choice, just an okay place. Rooms didn’t even have any updated features, it was more of classic style without even a plug point for usb or usb c. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are traveling from USA.
