Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall.

Super schönes neues Hotel in bester Ostseelage! Geniale Zimmer, schöne Ausstattung, alles für einen erholsamen Wellness Urlaub in nettem Ambiente. Sehr freundliches, informiertes Personal. Dass jedes Zimmer eine kleine Kitchenet hat und auch eine Nespressomaschine und besonders wichtig! einen Kühlschrank, ist der Hammer. Wir sind keine Vielfrühstücker, daher ist das so für uns genau richtig. Ein paar Meter vom Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker und etwas weiter in Wendtorf einen Edeka, auch mit Bäcker. Bis nach Stein ist es fußläufig nicht weit und mit dem Rad kann man super schön in beide Richtungen entlang der Ostsee radeln. Mit noch mehr Zeit auch ins Landesinnere. So ein schönes Fleckchen Erde !

Wir waren 11 Tage dort… und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Der Pool war schön warm… die Kinder Pool Zeiten haben für uns auch gepasst… wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht… es war ziemlich oft sehr voll… aber das Buffett wurde stets gefüllt. Somit für uns hat alles gepasst.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach eine 10/10. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick (unbedingt buchen, lohnt sich total). Jeden Morgen konnte man als erstes auf die Ostsee schauen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist super, in der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden, auch das Dampfbad im Zimmer ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ein Bademantel für jeden Erwachsenen wird einem auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war super lecker, jeden Morgen kann mit einem Glas Sekt in den Tag gestartet werden. Auch der Pool und Saunabereich sind wunderschön und laden zum relaxen ein. Jeden Tag kann man sich ein Salzpeeling kostenlos an der Rezeption abholen. Der Fitnessraum hat uns auch gefallen, besonders der schöne Ausblick. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die ruhige Lage, dennoch kann man mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß schnell alles erreichen. Der Strand ist wunderschön, total sauber und natürlich und das Wasser ist total klar und flach abfallend, perfekt für Kinder. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt werden. Fahrradparkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben die 10 Tage im Slowdown total genossen und können es absolut empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Punkteabzug gibt es für die kurzfristige Info (4 Stunden vor Anreise), dass unser Zimmer mit Meerblick in ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet (oder auch Blick auf den Parkplatz) aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers geändert wurde. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und in die 20m2 ist wirklich viel Ausstattung eingebaut. Der Pool und Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sauber und ordentlich und sehr nett gemacht. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Für E-Bikes gibt es Fahrradboxen. Das Abendessen ist leider nicht zu empfehlen, aber das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, mit viel Auswahl und reichhaltig. Unseren Beschwerden über die Zimmerumbuchung wurde mit kostenlosem Parken und einem Gutschein für die Hotelbar entgegengekommen. Auch beim Abendessen wurde der Preis kulanter Weise reduziert. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Poolen var trasig under hela vistelsen. Detta borde boendet ha informerat om då det är en av anledningarna till att hotellet bokas. Kompensation med middag en kväll var en fin sak. Personalen hade svårt med engelska vilket var överraskande.

Das einchecken klappte problemlos und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt und sauber. Es fehlten Kaffee Kapseln, diese erhielten wir anstandslos an der Rezeption. Der Pool und die Sauna Landschaft sind super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war Mega, viel Auswahl und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Das einzige was sehr negativ auffiel war der Service im Restaurant. Besonders der eine Herr Patzige Antworten und Augen verdrehen gehen gar nicht. Sehr schädigend unserer Meinung nach. Leider war beim ersten Abendessen das eine Gericht aus (1 von 2 Gerichten ohne Fisch) was sehr blöd war. Beim zweiten Mal waren wir dann anscheinend zu spät. Küchenschluss 21:30 Uhr wir waren ca. 20:20 Uhr da und alle Geräte waren wohl schon aus. Also waren wir außerhalb Essen. Was sehr schade war, da der Bereich außen sehr gemütlich ist. Bis auf den Kellner am Abend sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war ein Traum. Der Pool, die Außenanlage und das Zimmer mit dem Dampfbad hat zu einem wunderschönen Urlaub beigetragen. Leider war der Check in tatsächlich erst um 16 Uhr möglich. Dementsprechend gab es um 16 Uhr eine lange Schlange, sodass wir erst eine halbe Stunde später im Zimmer waren. Dafür würde uns aber problemlos ein Late Check-out (1 Stunde länger) ermöglicht.

Fine værelser, men ikke mange kroge til håndklæder osv, der var flere ting i stykker, blandt andet sæbedispensere og siddebænk, døren var ikke helt tæt, så vinden kunne høres og mærkes lidt, selv med helt lukket dør. Sengene er gode, men puderne alt for bløde, dejligt med casting mulighed på tv'et, desværre manglede wifi forbindelse under vores ophold (det kan jo ske). Personalet var behjælpelige med vores behov og virkede opmærksomme, så intet at sætte på dem overhovedet. Fitnesscentret er nærmest ikke eksisterende, så det behøver ikke flere kommentarer. Stedet er ikke egnet til børn, da der skal være ro i pool/spaområdet og børn er heller ikke tilladt der, i visse tidsintervaller og spaområdet er uden tøj på (dog med mulighed for kåbe/håndklæde på, imellem saunaerne). Stedet byder hunde velkommen og det er en flot service, da mange gerne vilhave den firbenede med på tur. Restauranten byder på en overskuelig og relativ simpel menu, maden er ikke gourmet, men stadig af god kvalitet og priserne er tilsvarende. Alt i alt et rigtig fint sted, med et dejligt spaområde, dog kunne et par jacuzzier godt bruges. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
