“The wifi wasn’t perfect but apart from that the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful”

“Our stay at this hotel did not disappoint. The staff were all excellent. When checking in, I had not mentioned my mother was unable to walk up lots of stairs so they quickly changed our room. This was large and spacious - had great views. They also accommodated my mother’s birthday cake and set the table beautifully with thoughtful birthday additions. “Stayed one night at the Shrewsbury rooms from start to finish everything was great we stayed in room one on ground floor well the decor the cleanliness everything was lovely would definitely stay here again. Nice little touch of takeaway cups if you want to leave with a coffee lived this. Only thing is the pillows where a little to firm for me.
