What a lovely little trip to Wookey Hole. Really comfortable and convenient hotel for a day out to the caves. Staying at the hotel allowed for an easy day out with the children. Nice sized room with comfortable beds for 2 adults and 2 children.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Bar staff unfortunately didn't seem to know what they were doing and we were overcharged but staff on front desk were very helpful Breakfast was good for most of our party but not much for a dairy intolerance. Games room was a pound for each game. Great and convenient that it is right next to The Wookey caves.

This was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean, 24 hour reception, comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Car park was free and right outside. No issues at all. Very good value.

A really great family hotel right next to the Wookey Hole attraction. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Room and bed very clean, interior of hotel needs a refresh and little update. Plug in bathroom sink stuck down and bathroom mirror light wouldn’t turn off. TV the size of an iPad. If you’re after a clean bed for the night it’s fine and price was ok.
