Friendly checkin, clean rooms and BR, nice sauna /pool, the only fallback for us was if your room is on the back side of building we could here traffic from highway 133 right out back of hotel. However the cleanliness was a plus.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our stay here was okay. We really liked the breakfast options, I thought the biscuits and gravy were great. Our room was just okay, The bathroom was not the cleanest, there was stuff splattered on the wall next to the toilet, the shower and the sink would not drain very well, and the showerhead wouldn't stay up so it was difficult to shower. I will say that the bed was comfortable though and I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the hotel seemed especially being the first room right outside of the elevator.

My dad and I stayed here for three nights and it was wonderful! There wasn’t someone at the desk often but a button to push and someone would come. The room was clean and the shower was great! All in all, a great experience!

Our double queen suite was very spacious and clean. The beds and linen were very comfortable. We all slept well! The cleaning staff were so helpful also. Continental breakfast had many options including waffles, eggs, two types of sausage, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bake goods, cappuccino machine etc. Nice drink dispenser. We recommend this Best Western. Took an Uber to Gun Lake Casino for $20.
