clean room & hotel, great staff, great breakfast. the only thing was that we were staying when it was 35 degrees. the air con worked but it started leaking whilst we were out in london and when we came back the floor was soaked. there was no other rooms available for us to be put in so we put some towels down and a bucket to catch the drip
