The Lux upon arrival was very impressive, the restaurant has great food, breakfast was very good to excellent for a hotel. The room was spacious and will laid out for comfort, just need attention to cleaning areas not easily seen. We plan to go back again and again

I can't say enough about my stay here. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a front staff employee with an amazing personality and smile. She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. Housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and pool staff were very friendly as well, passing by them in the hall, in the breakfast and pool area they also greeted us with a smile and hello. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this hotel. I simply can't say enough positive things about our stay. I will definitely stay there again.

I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely stay there.

The hotel was convenient. You can tell it was an older hotel that was recently renovated. Overall a nice place and would stay again. Nothing super fancy and some of the room furniture could be replaced. The windows are in need of a good cleaning. The desk staff was wonderful both last night and this morning. Super friendly. The breakfast was good, basic but good. The parking lot has a few larger potholes and needs attention. Overall nice place and would stay again. Thank you!

They were located at a perfect strategic location. But it was not clean... Their Bathroom had stains...water was clogging Breakfast - timing of breakfast was 7-10 am but they were out of Fruits (No fruits at all), yogurt and Bagels at 8:30 am which was very surprising... They also did not have any boiled eggs or oatmeal... So breakfast was not worth at all Hospitality - very good, every was great but hospitality without proper maintenance does not make any value Swimming pool did not start until 10Am which I felt was too late and hence could not use it as 11 was check out time
