Hampton Inn never disappoints. The area was safe, easy to find, great location, close to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The rooms are clean and large. Great customer service too. Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Place was clean and nicely updated. Area in the front lobby was nice and spacious and worked for our group of state golfers to hang out and eat pizza together. Had a great time while we were there!

We had a king room and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was a little league baseball team there, but we never heard the kids. So rooms stayed quiet. Spacious & clean bathroom, too. Would definitely stay here again.

The property appeared to have been recently renovated and everything was exceptionally clean. The room was very large and had plenty of space , it did not feel cramped at all. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were of high grade. We were there for a long holiday weekend and this location was close to everything in the area. Ample variety of dining locations in close proximity to the hotel.

We got in late after a terrible travel day. Joey met us at the front desk with kindness and was beyond helpful. This is exactly what we had needed that day. The next morning breakfast was great and more friendly and helpful staff.

The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is fine and coffee is great.Thank You for everything,We will definitely Return.
