This property is great if you need to stay in the area. There is plenty of parking, the beds are comfortable, there is safe and fridge in the room and 200 channels on the TV. The property is clean and well maintained.

The Place was clean, rooms were huge, beds so comfortable, place is more like a luxury resort than hotel. Location is not so great, right in middle of highway, no restaurants close by walking, need car. There is a few restaurants/cafe in resort but food is not too great and over priced. Staff is helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and casino. It is easily one of the best resorts we have stayed at in New York. The property was welcoming, enjoyable, and extremely family- and kid-friendly. We especially loved Sociale Express, where we had both breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank-you to chefs Michelle and Renee, who were friendly, hardworking, and wonderful throughout our visit. Even though the entire team was extremely busy, all the chefs remained attentive and provided outstanding service. We stayed as a group of three families and had a fantastic experience. This is an excellent destination for both families and adults, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was our fifth overnight stay at del Lago. The value for the price of a room is very good. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Social on many occasions. The food is excellent. And the staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. Of course, the casino is entertaining, too. We put del Lago on our list of must do's two or three times a year.

Nice clean rooms! Super confortable beds. Only two elevators to access the hotel floors and one of them was inoperable. The distance from my room to the elevator was ridiculously far. Is this safe overall, maybe, maybe not. This is a casino hotel so they want you to stay as far away from your room as possible. We were tired travellers on a mission. I hope that the next time we stay there the elevators are all in working order. We will book a room close to the guest elevators as well.
