Our room was great, appreciated the new shampoo, soap, etc dispensers. Looks like they are trying to do some nice updates! We definitely noticed. Breakfast was good, staff constantly cleaning area and refilling food. Staff was helpful and friendly as usual!

The room was nicer than expected, no carpeting which I loved. The beds were comfy, the room was very large we had 2 queen beds a pull out sofa and an inflatable mattress we took and there was still plenty of room. The front desk was in manned every time we went to it. The breakfast was good, and the lobby was old smelling which is why we were pleasantly surprised with the room. The air consoling worked well. Nice pool area, not exceptional but nice enough. The pool bathroom had a shower which was handy but was not very clean or update. Might stay again the price was fair for what was provided.

Super friendly staff, comfortable room. When I left something valuable behind by mistake and didn’t notice until the following day, the hotel had it locked up safely for me and then the manager personally took it to FedEx to ship back to me.

The staff was helpful and the room was average. Not the cleanest, but not terrible. The floor felt a bit dirty, so I kept my socks on. There was not a hairdryer in the room. But the bed was quite comfy and there were lots of pillows.

Upon check in at 5 pm, our room floor was so wet our child slipped and fell immediately. We smelled marijuana so strongly at 6 pm I reported it and received no response, it was so strong we left the hotel. The pull out couch had a stain and half the linen was missing to make it up with. The room above ours had people jumping until 3 am, I reported via text line with no response then made 2 separate phone calls to the front desk hours apart to notify them. We had 2 white noise machines as loud as they would go and still had someone jump so loudly at midnight it woke us all. It felt like an unsafe hotel. At time of checkout I reported again the challenges and a front desk attendant rudely asked about what happened. I calmly explained and she stated she would talk to the GM about a partial refund. No follow ups or refunds ever arrived. It has been a week since our stay and I will never stay at another Country Inn again. The pool was nice. The lobby was nice. The breakfast was good.
