I was pleasantly surprised with the room's kitchen amenities and their accomodations for our dog! Even had a dog park walking distance from the hotel. Very cozy and perfect break from the road. Hotel is also accessible to most DC destinations.

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location. The staff is friendly and professional. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside - the water pressure is painfully low. Everything else was great.

I felt like I was in my own apartment. Had a full wall of windows with beautiful view. Kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. Appliances were adequate. The location was near Foggy Bottom Metro station, so getting around was easy.

We like to stay here when we have the entire family because we can stay in 1 room. There’s some things I forgot like how small the beds are, lighting in rooms is poor, ac runs constantly bc it’s an older place. But the location is amazing and again we can all fit into 1 suite and stay together so the trade off out weigh the negatives

This is a hidden gem of a hotel! The location was perfect for us-a short walk to the Metro and a Trader Joe's. The tree lined street was beautiful. We had a 1 bedroom suite which gave us plenty of space to sprad out and relax after a full day of exploring D.C. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip to D.C.

The River Inn is a gem in NW DC in the Foggy Bottom section. It is a very clean hotel in a beautiful and relatively quiet residential area, very conveniently located with the Foggy Bottom Metro station, Whole Foods, Trader Joe‘s and restaurants within walking distance. We felt safe walking around at night. The hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. The room had great climate control, comfortable beds, ample lighting and a clean kitchen and bathroom. The hotel elevators worked well and the place smelled really nice! Highly recommend!!!

A lovely place to stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the location was perfect and convenient to reach so many different areas by walking, bus or rideshare. There was a full kitchen, a great area to get ready outside of the bathroom and the couch and beds were comfy.
