Very good breakfast menu - good variety, reasonably priced. Opaline restaurant food was excellent - octopus, Lasagna, pappardelle. So convenient to just eat in hotel after traveling all day. Patio dining was very relaxing. Perfect location. Taxis always available.

The room was clean, well tidied everyday. All the employees were kind and helpful. The Opaline had really good steak, ceasar salad, and asparagus side dish which we ate for dinner and the breakfast was delicious as well. Continental breakfast and yogurt and fruits, oh and the pastries were really crisp, warm and delicious. The quality and service of this hotel was good. The proximity to Lincolm Memorial, Wash. monument, Macy's, restaurants, etc. were all good location wise. I'll revisit!

The hotel served us well. Beds were excellent. The rooms were spacious and plenty of storage. Seating good. Bathrooms with antimisting were good. I wasn't aware of the taxes that were charged at the end of the holiday. Approx Usd 500 for the two rooms, something for folks to be aware of.

Location is great, our corner room was great, spacious, large bathroom, dinner and breakfast was excellent, valet parking was also great, convenient, our vehicle was ready within minutes when needed. We enjoyed our 2 days there and will return often.

The hotel needs some updating. The elevators make a lot of noise. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Be aware.....there is a strange daily service tax of about $37 usd charged. Unexpected. Also a shared breakfast was $65 + an automatic 18% tip added. Odd given there were only 2 of us. The service did not justify it.
