I loved this hotel! It was exactly what I was looking for- clean, artsy, in a fun neighborhood, and safe. I will definitely stay here again when I find myself in DC. I also LOVED the size of the room and shower. No bath or hot tub but a great rooftop pool and plenty of outdoor lounge space up and downstairs.

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was great for happy hour. The location was also excellent & within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars, while downtown was just a quick Uber or Lyft ride away. The only disappointment was that the rooftop bar and pool were not open despite the hot weather. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is lovely and the room was very spacious. The staff was great, as well. The only issue is the air conditioning. Technically, the room has a/c, but it is not central air and the room never adequately cooled down. If you are a person that likes to sleep in a cold room, this is not the place for you in the summer.

Conveniently located and quiet. But for the summer heat it may have been a delightful stay. The chiller system struggled daily to keep our room in the mid to high 70s. We did get prompt help to adjust the system as much as possible but to little avail. If your booking says it sleeps 3 then you will have to get a roll away bed for $25 a day. The staff was for the most part always friendly. The bars, restaurant and coffee spot in the lobby is a wonderful convenience.
