I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend and the moment me and my best friend pulled up, we were greeted with two young men that worked for valet, who showed us the greatest hospitality, as well as the staff as a whole made who our stay amazing ! the hotel was clean , and everything was so convenient to everything . i enjoyed my stay and birthday !

This location served us great. It’s walkable to many convenience stores (CVS, 7 Eleven, Walgreens), there’s also a variety of restaurants nearby and it felt safe. There’s also a Metro station in under 10 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were surprised by the variety of food in the included breakfast. The room was very ample and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable, honestly, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is honestly perfect-budget friendly, directly across the street from a grocery store which is super convenient! It’s also a great area to walk and explore, take the train, etc…The staff were also super accommodating and there is daily breakfast included in the stay. The breakfast was hit or miss-but it was a full breakfast station setup with hot options.

The hotel location was good. However I encountered a few issues regarding cleaning, small room and just did not meet my expectations. Staff the first day of our arrival was rude but the staff in the afternoon and night was always friendly.

Seemingly, it was a nice hotel from the top. However, when we entered into our room, things were not as clean as it seemed in the pictures. The bedsheets had mini stains all over it, the bathtub floor was sticky, the microwave not cleaned, dust in the fans, and very ragged old bedsheets. It felt a bit icky staying here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which was great. Bur we overall didn’t feel comfortable because of the lack of cleanliness.

It was decent overall. Pretty good location. Grocery store across the street. Free breakfast. The valet service wasn't the best and there is a $55 fee per day. Front desk staff was excellent and responsive. I didn't like the room cleaning every other day. We take multiple showers per day and we had to request room cleaning every day. But they were responsive when I called.

The location was good, you can walk to Union Station, Capitol Hill and National Mall and super convenient via Uber towards Georgetown. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very satisfying, we enjoyed a lot with our two sons.

The room was dirty with many spots: a carpet, armchair. Damaged cover of the other chair, as well as a bed board (unpleseant). A sink in the bathroom was cloged from the beginnig of our stay. There was a moldy smell in the room all the time. The AC grill, probably, was never cleaned and covered with white deposit. The staff was very polite and helpfull. Breakfast part of the hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was on time, fresh, tasty with many choices to satisfy apetite. We do not used parking.
