The hotel was in a good location and clean. However, the pool wasn’t clean and there were so many mosquitoes by the pool I guess from all the trees (not really the hotels fault). Also, the pillows they have in the rooms are so thin they’re like paper … they need to upgrade their pillows.

Room was clean. Cafe and restaurant were good. Very helpful staff. Minor issue with tv sound cutting out intermittantly, was annoying but not.that big of a deal. One elevator wasnt working but waits for the one working werent too bad. Lots of construction in the area but quiet at night.

This is my second time staying here and it was once again a great experience! DuPont is the life of DC and I needed to be in the middle of it! This time the pool was open and such a relaxing spot after a day of touring the Capitol!! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing!

The staff have been great! The location gives you the ability to step away from the craziness of the National Mall and Downtown. Very close to the DuPont Circle Metro for easy access to anywhere in the city and beyond! Highly recommend this accommodation.

Rooms were clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. Our room was a little warm and humid. We told the front desk and they gave us a fan for the room and that was a lifesaver. The pool was a great place to cool off after being at the national mall all day. My only real complaint would be that there was no ice bucket in the room and nowhere to get ice. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

The hotel had great amenities and a welcoming lobby that also smelled so good. Both the restaurant and coffee shop exceeded my expectations. We hosted a large event at Pikio Taco, and it was fantastic—the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The coffee shop served excellent coffee, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I honestly wasn't expecting much, so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, and while the bathroom was fairly basic, everything was clean and functional. Overall, this was a great place to stay in the area, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Stars Overall, my stay was okay, but I expected a little more from this hotel. The location is definitely the biggest plus. It’s close to pretty much everything, with restaurants, nightlife, and other attractions only about 10–15 minutes away. That made getting around DC very convenient. The staff was nice and friendly, which I appreciated. The lobby is also beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It gives a great first impression when you walk in. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs some attention. The gyms were broken and non-functional, which was disappointing. The pool was also dirty and needed better maintenance. I noticed old scrunchies and what appeared to be fungus/build-up at the bottom of the pool, which definitely made me question how often it was being cleaned. The restaurant was also down and not operating during my stay. The rooms were okay. They were clean, which is important, but the bathrooms and overall room setup felt dated and old-looking. Nothing was terrible, but it could definitely use some updating. I’m giving this hotel a solid 3 stars, mainly because of the excellent location, friendly staff, and beautiful lobby. However, the hotel really needs to do better when it comes to maintenance, cleanliness of the pool, amenities, and updating the rooms. With some improvements, this could be a much better stay.
