Property worked for a one-night stay in the area, clean enough and beds quite comfortable. Rooms showed moderate wear and tear, could benefit from a little maintenance from what I saw, but for the price it was more than a fair value in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I need to.

We had a great experience with the staff, who were both welcoming and respectful. Although our room was clean, we did have an issue with the air conditioning, which led to us being moved to another room. On the bright side, the breakfast was delicious, and we were thrilled to secure a free parking spot.

Had a wonderful stay here. Though the room was a little outdated it was very clean, bed and pillows were quite comfortable we slept well. No issues with getting a parking spot. The shuttle was always on schedule and that was a benefit to getting the metro to visit the museums at the Smithsonian which was like a 25 min ride. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet was somewhat slow. Breakfast was good but could be better if there were more choices regarding the hot version. It was eggs, sausage and waffles the 4 days we were there. We have found a great place to stay when we go back to visit DC or VA.

The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful but that is were the good ends. The big things to mention are the room smelled, the AC unit was dirty (likely causing the bad smell) and there was a huge roach in the tub day three. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Checkin was a breeze. Room was very spacious with two queen beds. Decor was older, but room was clean. The was a hole in the ceiling in the shower. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Breakfast was good: waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, whole fruit. Cereal was stale. Parking was ample. The hotel location was great. The shuttle service to the metro was super convenient.

I stayed here while visiting family in Arlington. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Ballston Metro station, which was convenient. The staff were friendly, the room was good, and noise from the highway wasn't an issue. The lobby and hallways are somewhat run down.

Everything was great. The shuttle to the metro was great, but the short walk back from it was easy and in a nice area so don’t worry if you miss it. The staff was helpful and engaging which was nice, they didn’t just check you off the list and move on.
