“The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.”

“This is a cute little get away. The kitchen is not practical to cook in other than warming up leftovers but way better stocked than a hotel room. The bathroom is tiny but very modern with a steam shower. It was in the 80’s in the afternoons when we stayed and the a/c unit had a difficult time keeping the room cooled. “Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

“This hotel is great! A little expensive but worth it! Clean, good breakfast, clean pool, afternoon social, bed was nice and the room was great! There’s a little plaza right next to it! They have a van that can take you around the hotel, over all real good!”
