The room and hotel were surprisingly sleek and really well designed - nice to have air-conditioning and a balcony! On a street a block away from the main walkable part of town and a lovely river walk. One small complaint - no Kleenexes in the room! A problem with for someone with bad allergies.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer lag in Südlage, weshalb im Sommer eine Klimaanlage und ein Kühlschrank für uns eine spürbare Verbesserung gewesen wären. Ein Frühstücksangebot gab es leider nicht. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir noch Wäsche der Vorgänger im Zimmer vor, und die Teppiche in den Fluren wirkten auf uns etwas ungepflegt. Etwas gestört hat uns außerdem der Zigarettenrauch, der vom Nachbarbalkon in unser Zimmer zog, sowie die teils lauten Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn. Wer die Hotline kontaktiert, wird zunächst von einer KI betreut – hier hätten wir uns persönlichen Kontakt gewünscht. Bei einigen Punkten sehen wir noch Potenzial und würden uns über Verbesserungen freuen.

Nachdem ich drei Mal umgezogen bin, habe ich das am wenigsten versiffte Zimmer genommen. Bis die KI gemerkt hat, dass ich mich über das verschmutze Zimmer mit Beweisfotos beschwert hatte, dauerte es etwas… Das Angebot ein Upgrade zu bekommen habe ich dann gerne angenommen, ohne zu ahnen, dass auch die Alternativen versiffte Teppiche hatte!

Eigentlich sehr schöne Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, gute Lage zentral in einer schnuckligen Kleinstadt. Leider kann man alles nur online erledigen, ein reines Automatenhotel. Ohne Frühstück... leider hatte ich da bei Buchung zu wenig darauf geachtet, also auch etwas meine eigene Schuld. Müsste etwas besser kommuniziert werden.

Vi havde bestilt et familieværelse, så vi kunne sove sammen med vores to børn. Men fik i stedet to værelser. Heldigvis ved siden af hinanden og med en dør igennem. Dog var døren låst og der var ingen reception. Fik via telefon kontakt på noget personale og henvist til hvor vi kunne finde en nøgle til at åbne døren imellem værelserne. Værelserne var pæne og rene og gode senge, men der var søs varmt og indelukket. Vi sov med åbne vinduer.

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Kein Personal vor Ort. Läuft alles übers Handy. Das hat aber super funktioniert. Die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war durch den Teppichboden nicht sehr funktional. Man musste sich dagegen stemmen um sie öffnen zu können. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde kein Frühstück angeboten. Das ist aber kein Problem da man mitten im Ort ist und dort überall eine Frühstücksmöglichkeit angeboten wird. Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Einchecken am Tablet war sehr kompliziert, da das Internet instabil war. Außerdem werde ich lieber persönlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer waren neu, modern und sauber. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, alte Häuser, eine schöne Altstadt und der Fluss Elz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Tolles Hotel!

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Sauber, 1a Bett und Bettwaren, Wasserflasche und die Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee (Nespresso) zu kochen. Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Im prinzip ok, modernes Hotel Ausstattung gut bis sehr gut. ABER keine Möglichkeit ein Frühstück zu bekommen. Die fussfäufigen Bäckereien sind noch nicht darauf eingestellt. Der Zugang per Code ist wenigsten zur Zeit noch sehr kompliziert. Die Beschreibung, wie man zum Zugangscode ist sehr sehr überarbeitungsbedürftig (es gibt andere Wörter dafür aber ich will höfich sein). Achso... unsere Suite wurde nicht gereinigt, bei zwei Übernachtungen mag das noch angehen, ABER... daher nur drei wirklich gut gemeinte ***
