Very spacious room, clean comfortable bed. Onsite parking and breakfast. Right next to the highway which makes it a bit loud from the street, otherwise no complaints. Stayed one night for family weekend at Baylor.

This is an older property that isn’t well maintained, though the rooms were clean. The bed slept badly and felt like you were sleeping on and under wax paper all night. The breakfast was subpar since they served powdered eggs and frozen sausage links. The coffee was good though. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good for the price - hot eggs, sausage and waffles. Perfect for the solo traveler looking to have a good nights rest, a good meal in the morning and be on his way.

We had a great 4-night stay in Waco for the National Square Dance Convention. The only problem was a very noisy air conditioner in room 306. I had my ear plugs in and still could plainly hear when it shut off and came back on. Another suggestion would be to install taller toilets. I am 5'9" and it felt like I was sitting on the ground to use the toilet. On a good note, the cleaning crew did an excellent job of maintaining our room throughout our stay.
