“Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut.”

“The owner was kind enough to put us in the apartment, since it had not been rented out for the night we were there. The place was very nice, clean, and had good amenities like a little kitchen, washing machine, and couches. The owner reached out to make sure they would be home when we wanted to check in-very friendly! The views of Rijeka and the sea were stunning from the lovely patio area. That was the main reason I picked this location, and I just wish we would have been there for more than...

“Superior room für doppelt so viel mit Meerblick, und dann kommt man in einem Zimmer wo gar nichts dafür entspricht, entweder Meerblick noch superior, schmutzig, schimmlig. Auch wenn es nur 3 Sterne sind auf dem grubdliegende Hygiene könnte man achten . In einem normalen hotel würde das der Rezeption sofort lösen mit Freundlichkeit und Verständnis, aber hier nicht , der Rezeption Leiter”
