Bad experience

Staff was rude - during breakfast they were recording social media content while we were trying to have breakfast, we asked not to be recorded, they kept recording anyway! Rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable and it smelled like mold. We had a really bad experience here.

O hotel possui um excelente custo-benefício, além de oferecer um café da manhã muito bom. A localização também é ótima, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática e confortável. O único ponto que achei um pouco complicado foi o tamanho dos apartamentos na categoria twin. Como viajei com um amigo e ambos temos mais de 1,86m de altura, acabamos sofrendo um pouco com o espaço reduzido do quarto. Outro ponto que me deixou um pouco chateado foi a cobrança do late check-out. A recepção calculou meia diária com base na tarifa balcão, enquanto na maioria dos hotéis em que já me hospedei em outros estados a cobrança costuma ser feita com base no valor da primeira diária da reserva. Apesar disso, minha experiência foi positiva e eu me hospedaria novamente no hotel sem problemas.

Minha estadia no Tulip Inn em Vila Velha foi muito boa! O grande destaque foi a vista do quarto, conseguíamos ver o mar. A equipe também foi extremamente atenciosa e receptiva durante toda a hospedagem, o que fez muita diferença na experiência. O café da manhã estava delicioso e a localização é excelente. Os quartos são realmente pequenos, mas isso já havia sido informado previamente, então não chegou a ser um problema para nós. A porta do banheiro também precisa de uma manutenção. Outro ponto que senti falta foi de academia no hotel — a mais próxima fica a cerca de dois quarteirões. Mesmo com esses detalhes, nada atrapalhou a experiência no geral. Foi uma estadia muito agradável e eu me hospedaria novamente.

No café da manhã, perguntei se tinham como fazer uma omelete, responderam que sim, porém, era cobrado a parte. Estacionamento. Quando fiz a reserva, estava falando que tinha estacionamento, chegando lá, foi cobrado 30 reais e diária. Eu não lembro de na hora que fiz a reserva, de ver que era pago. Tanto que outros hóspedes também se assustaram na hora quando foram informado. Frigobar fica vazio, quer beber uma água, desça na recepção para comprar. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos, mas a política do tulipi inn Vila Velha é bem ruim. Já me hospedei no tulipi inn Sete Lagoas e foi muito melhor.
