O quarto foi entregue bem limpo ,a limpeza do local é muito boa , está de parabéns . O restaurante peca em várias questões , demora na entrega dos pratos , falta de ingredientes para fazer alguns pratos . A vista da pousada é um caso a parte , muito linda a vista . Outra questão é o tamanho dos quartos , o quarto pra 04 pessoas muito pequeno acomoda perfeitamente um casal mas 04 pessoas não . Os atendentes são todos muito solícitos e com muita boa vontade , pois ficou claro que os funcionários tem que se desdobrar pra fazer a pousada funcionar ,falta gerência pra melhor funcionamento . A pousada tem tudo pra dar certo , mas não tem gerência nenhuma .

Quarto pequeno, as camas não são tão confortáveis. A área de jogos é péssima não dá pra brincar lá, parece um porão abandonado. O café da manhã é simples, porém agradável. As piscinas parecem bem sujas por serem feitas de um concreto, junta areia no fundo, dá pra ver lodo nas bordas, não tivemos coragem de usar.

Infelizmente não foi boa a estadia. Condições insalubres de saneamento,faltou energia e faltou água até mesmo para necessidades básicas como por exemplo banheiros. O cheiro impregnado em toda a pousada de banheiros usados e sem devida condição de higiene. O valor que se paga para ficar em um local como este e ocorrer alguma situação assim é inadmissível. Deplorável,não recomendo. A pousada não tem um plano de contingência para solucionar a situação,ficamos a mercê de quando a água e luz voltariam. Que tristeza. Café da manhã sendo reesquentado,os alimentos não estavam frescos em nenhum dos dias,água da piscina muito abaixo do nível.Ambientes numa sujeira,falta de consideração.Definitivamente a palavra que descreve é NOJO.

Bom hotel e atendimento, mas mosquitos atrapalham

Hotel com linda estrutura, misturando moderno com rústico. Vista maravilhosa. Únicos problemas no meu caso foi o acesso por uma estradinha bem esburacada e mantiveram a janela do banheiro aberta e por ser zona de mata e não ter tela mosquiteira lotou o banheiro e o quarto de mosquitos. Dormir foi difícil. Poderiam instalar as telas anti mosquito ou disponibilizar as tomadinhas repelentes

Estadia incrível, limpeza, comodidade… sem palavras pra definir o quão organizado é esse lugar. Vale destacar as belas piscinas, sala de jogos e a cereja do bolo que é a linda vista para o mar. Nada melhor do q acordar com uma vista perfeita igual a que visualizamos no terraço.
