Although they do offer shuttle from/to airport they expect guest to have Brazilian phone numbers to text info to (rather than using WhatsApp or some other equivalent messaging platform - they do use Whatsapp but not for the shuttle service).

O atendimento é sempre um problema, atendentes da recepção são sempre secos, parecem mau humorados, inflexíveis, sem nenhuma vontade de solucionar algo. Sempre vejo a recepção lotada devido ao grande fluxo, está sempre com filas para check in ou check out. A comida do restaurante, deixa a desejar, não vale a pena o preço cobrado, falo de qualidade e quantidade de proteína. O hotel é bem localizado, fácil estacionamento, chuveiro bom e cama confortável. Insisto em sempre pontuar ao hotel porque acredito que possa mudar. Sou cliente assídua do hotel e mesmo assim nunca recebi feedback de problemas anteriores.
