Limpeza e o café da manhã se destacam. Já o isolamento acústico e a claridade quando o sol nasce nos quartos ficam bem a desejar. Localização próximo ao aeroporto ajuda para quem precisa. Já se a intenção é turismo em Vila Velha o trânsito até lá incomoda bastante.

Cheguei e fui muito bem recebida na recepção. Estava tudo certinho. Cheguei ao quarto, que estava um primor de arrumação e limpeza. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A tv tem o pacote básico de assinatura, mas eu levei o firestick, e tive acesso aos meus canais e streamings favoritos. Inclusive, a internet funcionou perfeitamente. A equipe, desde a recepção, passando pelo pessoal do refeitório até as camareiras, TODOS muito educados e simpáticos. Minhas toalhas foram trocadas diariamente. O café da manhã é simples porém com várias opções: bolos, 3 a 4 tipos de frutas, pães variados, iogurte, ovos, salsichas... produtos frescos e saborosos. Tem farmácia e mercado perto, e o hotel é bem localizado, perto de alguns pontos turísticos. Recomendo e, certamente, voltarei.
