Os funcionários do hotel foram extremamente educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que foi, sem dúvida, o ponto mais positivo da hospedagem. O atendimento da equipe merece reconhecimento pela cordialidade e esforço em atender os hóspedes da melhor forma possível. Entretanto, a estrutura física do hotel e a manutenção das instalações deixam muito a desejar. O ambiente geral transmite sensação de desgaste e falta de renovação, principalmente nas áreas comuns e nos quartos, que aparentam necessitar de reformas e maior cuidado com conservação e limpeza. Alguns equipamentos do quarto apresentaram problemas de funcionamento durante a estadia, o que acabou gerando desconforto e prejudicando a experiência. O café da manhã é razoável e conta com itens básicos, porém oferece pouca variedade A localização é realmente um ponto favorável, mas, no geral, a experiência acabou sendo abaixo do esperado devido às condições das instalações e à falta de modernização do ambiente. Com melhorias na estrutura, manutenção e atualização dos quartos, o hotel teria potencial para proporcionar uma estadia muito mais agradável.
