Very basic hotel with very simple room. Blankets only upon requests. Clean towels were not available until later on the day. Only amenities were cheap soap at the bathroom. Extremely basic breakfast!

Notei que o hotel não tem nenhuma preocupação e compromisso em oferecer um bom atendimento e uma boa experiência de hospedagem. A decepção começou logo na chegada à recepção. Cheguei na madrugada, bem depois do horário liberado para check-in. Dei bom dia e me identifiquei, inclusive com documento oficial com foto. O atendente demonstrou muita dúvida sobre minha reserva, que por sinal foi bem antecipada e já estava paga. Reclamou das colegas do turno anterior, dando a entender que tinham cometido algum erro. Mesmo depois de eu apresentar o email de confirmação e o recibo de pagamento ele continuou demonstrando dúvida. Me deu a ficha para preencher e em seguida me entregou a chave, mas ainda com ar de insegurança e dúvida. O quarto estava com cheiro de hospital, não tinha toalha de banho nem lençol; tive que voltar na recepção para pegar. As fronhas dos travesseiros estavam com marcas de baba e fedorentas, claramente a roupa de cama não foi trocada pós check-out do hóspede anterior. O controle da TV não funcionou. A conexão à rede wi-fi é horrível, tive que ir para recepção para conseguir conectar e ainda assim a conexão falhou. O café da manhã é bem básico, mas aceitável para padrão econômico. A estrutura física do hotel é boa e os andares mais altos oferecem uma vista exuberante da cidade. A localização é excelente. Fica a 10 minutos de caminhada do aeroporto e a 5 minutos da praia.

Se trata de uma hospedagem low cost, pois é muito bem localizada próximo ao aeroporto e outros pontos de interesse: praia, restaurantes, academias etc. A acomodação era ampla e estava limpa, servida de toalhas e sabonetes como amenities, único ponto de incômodo no quarto era o encanamento da pia do banheiro que estava muito sujo, desagradável de se ver ao escovar os dentes por exemplo. Sobre o café da manhã, pelo valor da acomodação, achamos coerente a variedade de itens, era possível tomar um café da manhã completo: pães, ovos, frios, frutas… aqui ficou apenas a impressão de que poderia ser um básico melhor executado, se fosse servido o básico bem feito nossa experiência teria sido totalmente satisfatória,

Experiência horrível. Peguei o hotel por ser perto do aeroporto pois meu voo era 5h da manhã. Não havia cobertor no quarto, quando questionado o atendente, respondeu de maneira displicente que a lavanderia levou todos pra lavar e que não teria nenhum. Perguntei se poderia ser feito algo a respeito disse que não, e que teria que dormir sem mesmo. Pedi contato da gerência disse que não tinha e que todos já estavam em viagem para a praia, pois já era sexta feira. Resumindo: instalações ruins, atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo.

O quarto não estava muito limpo, e o ar condicionado não tinha controle, ou melhor, o controle estava lá, mas não funcionava no ar condicionado. A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar, mas segundo a equipe, o quarto não tinha Wi-Fi e por isso não estaria disponível para estadia, como abri o mão do Wi-Fi talvez isso justifique um pouco a falta de limpeza. Mas a cortina estava levemente deteriorada. Acredito que por estar passando por reforma, o hotel daqui um tempo esteja melhor.
