Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards.

Achei tudo bom. Funcionários super gentis e educados. Prestativos. Apenas alguns utensílios do café ☕️ precisa serem mais limpos e a sanduícheira por ficar desligando, demora um pouco para esquentar o pão. Não gostei muito pelo fato de ter muitos funcionários homens de uma empresa de serviços de obras. Como estava com minha filha jovem, me senti um pouco insegura. Pensei em estender nossa estadia, porém esse fato me deixou muito insegura. De resto, tudo ok.

Ficamos no último andar, quarto sujo, marcas de pasta e dedos nos espelhos, vaso sujo de xixi, janelas de vidros sujas, roupas de camas manchadas e sujas. Resumindo? Foi uma das piores experiências da minha vida! É tanto que logo no outro dia cedo pegamos outra hospedagem devido a precariedade desta. Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém!

O hotel tem um box apertado, café da manhã basicamente pães e frutas, muito básico e a localização não é favorável para circulação de pedestre, pois é o centro histórico e próximo ao porto marítimo, circula muitos moradores de rua e fica deserto em finais de samana.

Um bom lugar, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. Não entendi muito bem a questão de ter que pedir a coberta na recepção. E a única sugestão que deixo é que mantenham o rechaud aceso durante o café para manter quente os ovos, porque ovos frios são realmente ruins.

Café da manhã excelente, o atendimento dos funcionários foi espetacular e a única observação que tenho a fazer é sobre o ar condicionado que estava extremamente barulhento atrapalhando o descanso.
