Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards.

Horrível ! Deveria se fechado !

A pior que existiu…. Hotel em péssima condições ! No quarto tv queimada ! Atendimento local péssimo . Nos trocaram de quartos sem qq ajuda. No dia seguinte, começou um fedor insuportável no quarto , saí pra ver o que era, e estavam reformando dois quartos ao lado do meu , cola de madeira sendo aplicada , imagina , eu na porta de uma cirurgia e com restrições , ter que sair correndo do quarto. Nos trocaram de quarto de novo e fui Solicitei lençol , veio sem qq higiene, ( o rapaz trouxe nas mãos embaixo do braço ) , Café da manhã tudo jogado, tinha papel nos mandando limpar o local onde se faz sanduíche. Uma falta de higiene enorme . Sai de lá no de seguinte . E gerencia ? Não existe !!

Ótima oção e custo bom.

O Hotel está bem localizado e o quarto são básico mas confortável. Tem frigobar, tv a cabo. Só deixa a desejar na limpeza, pois só trocaram as toalhas e lençóis, mas o chão tava sujo e nem vassoura passaram. O café é ótimo. Então recomendo muito.

Bom sem exageros ou decepções.

Muito solícitos e gentis, quarto espaçoso, localização mediana. Café da manhã é básico e meio displicentes, acabam alguns itens e só repõem se pedir, sucos são refrescos sem doce. Quarto limpo e banheiro tbm, não tem luxos. A noite não é o melhor pra se andar na região. Pontos extras pra arrumadeira do 8 andar no dia 20/05, muito gentil, prestativa e primorosa.
