Everything at this hotel was top notch. Customer Service was exceptional; Room was amazing, spacious and very clean; the amenities were on point. Within walking distance to a convenient store, the ferry, the bus and many restaurants. Boutique shopping on same street. I already booked it for next year. We stayed in a pet-friendly room, and I was surprised how it did not have one pet smell; the air was so clean. I do recommend that besides lemonade on the roof, they should have a container of cold water at all times for guests in their lounge, even if it’s charged.

The room was beautiful with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. We also had a cute balcony porch. My daughter said the gym was wonderful. We unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub. The staff downstairs at the desk were very helpful in instructing us about public transportation and any other questions we had about the community. Mansion House is a great place to stay and would definitely go back there again.

The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System.

Everything about Mansion Inn we loved… going on the roof top. The room was perfect and very clean, they had great eating options all around, all things were easy to get to, staff was extremely friendly and kind. Was not able to get into pool because of classes.
