We requested an early check in and were able to get into our room so we had time to get dressed before a wedding. The staff at check in were welcoming and very pleasant with instructions on the property, shuttle bus schedule, etc. Breakfast the next morning, was delicious and plenty of options.

The shower in the room had low water pressure and the shower faucets were not working properly. It took at least 2 minutes for the water to be hot and ready for showering. The young kids running down the hallways and stairways was becoming an issue and also the kids were jumping in the elevators, pushing all the floor buttons and then jumping out of the elevators. Other than that the stay was great.

The staff was amazing, the bed was super comfortable. We tested very well. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the pool but maybe next time.
