Room was clean but needs basic aminity like a soap holder in shower. Age of the facility shows. Hopefully the renovations underway restore this hotel to its past standards. Restaurant has very good food choices.

The improvements. The verandah on 8th floor smelling horrible. It was hot and could not walk. The bath rooms did not enough cloth hanging fixtures. The spray nozzle on the toilet was least flexible and difficult to operate. The coffee in the breakfast time needs improvement. It does not taste like madras’s coffee.
