Pros: Very convenient location. Close to pier, close to train station, close to restaurants. 24/7 front desk, great for late arrivals. Did not eat the offered buffet but looked busy/attracted customers everyday! Cons: Subpar interior. Elevator is significantly small, 1 person/ride. Room smelled strange, walls in bedroom + bathroom showed water damage? Seagulls are loud in the morning, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Showers don’t have a complete door, so a lot of water spills onto the bathroom tiles.

Reception person was as disinterested as can be. Seems like they don’t give 2 cents worth for a customer’s experience. Room had a good bed, but was warm and musty. Little options to ventilate and the ‘airco’ did not work. Noisy at night as residents close by don’t care to consider others.

Check in and stay was fine. We had the 6th floor rooms which include a two bedroom suite with a shared common patio area. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious. There was a full kitchen option which we did not use other than the fridge to store waters. Checkout was at 12p and we were running late as a family of five with 3 children. My husband called the front desk and requested a late checkout. We were in the kitchen area which is where the entrance to the door is located and although the door was closed, it was not locked because we were in and out of the room into the patio area as we were getting ready to leave with the luggage at the door. A member of the cleaning team opened the unlocked door without a single knock or verbal warning. I was right in front of the door getting ready to open it myself to begin taking luggage down so was immediately startled. She did not apologize for opening the door and instead very harshly stated that we need to get out “ya ay que marcharse.” I speak Spanish and was appalled by the choice of words. I explained that my husband has already reached out to the front desk and that we were literally getting ready to walk out of the door at 12:30p, even though we had been extended till 1p. No apology, just an eye roll and she walked away. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed our visit but will never return. Unfortunately, that experience ruined what was otherwise a fine stay.

Juan and Douglas are exceptional. They made me feel like home. Juan always smiling and Douglas making me the best cafe con leche everyday, after arriving from my excursions. The Hotel is in a great location. Thank you guys!

Didn't sleep for noise.

Maybe we were just unlucky with the room, but our one night in Vigo was an expensive disappointment. All night long the sounds of water pipes, flushing toilets, doors closing, conversations, all taking place seemingly in a kind of echo chamber, made sleep impossible.
