This two night stay at the Ritz was the centerpiece to our two week anniversary celebration in Europe and came at the perfect time. Service in particular was exceptional from check to meals to concierge help. In two days time we knew five names and their care for us, professionalism and enthusiasm was next level. Of course the facility and location were all you would expect from this brand. We had never stayed at one before and found the rates in Vienna to be quite ridiculous. Last thing! Don’t miss the rooftop bar!

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna for three nights and had a really lovely experience. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The breakfast was fabulous and definitely one of the highlights for us. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at a window table — it was a great way to start the day. The location is very convenient on the Ringstrass, within easy distance of Wien Hbf, Belvedere Palace, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and Hofburg Palace, so getting around and sightseeing was very easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Vienna to anyone visiting this beautiful city.
