Perfect location for walking in downtown Vienna. Just a few blocks from a lot of the attractions. Large rooms and very comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay here again

We checked in late and the AC in our room was broken. They moved us to a much smaller room that had AC for the night (after we paid for an upgrade). The next day we were able to move to a different room but they did not refund us the upgrade for the first night or offer us Como breakfast or anything for needing to move rooms twice. Once that was settled, we had a nice stay. The hotel location is excellent and close to the sights and cafes without being loud and in the middle of it. The room AC worked well which was important during this heat wave. Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Rooms were clean, nice.
