We were so relax , 2 minutes to the Cathedral and close to every interesting thing. The room is big the shower and bath are amazing and the rooftop is beautiful.. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Vienna. Expedia is always giving to me either the best options ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We checked into the hotel and found carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly. There were pills left and napkins from previous guests on the carpet along with hair scrunchie. We also had problems with getting into our rooms. The key card kept needing to be replaced. One night, the night staff took 25mins to let us into our room as he was having difficulties with setting up the card. Overall, the location is great, the roof top bar was nice and the restaurant Le Burger next to the Hotel had great burgers.

Our stay at Hotel Topazz was wonderful from beginning to end. What made it truly special was the people. Every member of the front desk team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely eager to help. No matter the time of day, there was always someone available with a warm smile and great recommendations. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. They worked incredibly hard, kept our room spotless, and always greeted us with such kindness and positivity. Their friendly smiles brightened our day and made us feel genuinely welcome. The location could not have been better. Everything a visitor needs was just steps away — restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and public transportation. Exploring Vienna was easy and convenient because of where the hotel is situated. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Topazz to anyone visiting Vienna.

We stayed at Hotel Topazz & Lamée and had the BEST experience! When we checked in, they upgraded us to a suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous — huge windows, beautiful design, and the most amazing view of Vienna. The staff was so friendly and made us feel completely taken care of. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. We loved our stay from start to finish, and the room was worth every single penny. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
