Good communication. Apartment is a walk away from the tourist area, which is what we wanted. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Apartment was clean. Convenient for our family of four. Very much appreciated getting a late checkout.

We loved the location, which offers easy access to the metro, light rail, bus stations, and major supermarkets. The staff was responsive, and online check-in process a breeze. We also appreciated the split-bathroom layout. Washer was incredibly helpful. ​However, the bedrooms are quite small; removing the bulky TV consoles would make a big difference. We also noted a few missing conveniences, such as a microwave and a stovetop vent, and the bathroom could use more counter space. Lastly, the pillows were too flat, and the towel warmer was out of order for half of our stay. Still a good stay overall.

decent place near Neubaugasse

Positive features include: convenient location about 7 minutes walk to subway station Neubaugasse on Maria Hilfer Strasse. Market nearby. Beds comfortable. Bathroom is functional and clean. Washing machine for clothes. Negative features: no workspace or desk - may not be so good for the working traveler, poor lighting in bedrooms, bedrooms are very small, overall the apartment is cramped.

The apartment was spotless- beautiful location and amenities- Expedia’s webpage for host information is complex and unclear. For example, I could not figure out how to check in. I believe this is a third party game of “telephone”. It’s not easy to navigate the webpage.

Está a 2 minutos a pie de la calle María Hilfiger , calle comercial muy céntrica . A unos 10-15 a pie de la estación Westbanhhof ( una de las paradas del bus del aeropuerto ) . A 10 -15 a pie de la zona centro. La situación es inmejorable . Todo a mano , cafeterías , tiendas , supermercados . Apartamento limpio y silencioso . A 10 minutos a pie de la parada del bus hop-on / hop-off ( de las dos empresas )

El barrio estupendo pero teniendo una obra justo en frente en una de las pocas calles estrechas de Viena… pues fue un poco difícil. Las obras empezaban a las 6am El apartamento muy equipado y en general limpio, pero el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien, y el huésped anterior dejó vajilla limpiándose que nadie revisó, ni vació, ni limpió. Debajo de la alfombra había restos de comida de otros huéspedes. El resto estaba muy bien.
