The front desk staff were wonderful—very welcoming and helpful—and overall, the service was great. The only area for improvement is breakfast. The staff there seemed undertrained, and language barriers made communication difficult, which affected the quality of service. I strongly encourage management to invest in better training, particularly for the Spanish-speaking team members.

I had a great stay at the embassy suites, the staff were all very friendly. One staff member even went above and beyond to help find me a safety pin which was small but also just a nice gesture. I also enjoyed the free cocktails during happy hour. I thought that was something great to allow for the guest to feel appreciated. Only one note upon entering the hotel. There is an odd smell, but I believe that may be due to the water in the lobby or maybe the use of the pool. Other than that, the property was very clean. Very well maintained, and I just enjoyed everything about it.

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay! The ladies in the breakfast area were great!Otherwise, it was an ok experience for a budget minded traveler. One issue: our a/c quit blowing cold air overnight and come to find out, multiple rooms had issues. The hotel DID NOT offer any type of compensation for us being without a/c in 90 degree temps.
