This property is walking distance to many restaurants ,bars and attractions. The staff is excellent and amenities are very good. It was the hottest 2 days of the year and the property doesn't have A/C so the rooms were very hot.

Very nice hotel with spacious suites and lots of amenities! Comfy beds. I want to buy the comforter they use as it didn't make me hot when I slept. The balcony overlooking the park was nice to drink my morning coffee. They also have the coffee shop on site that was another plus. My daughter enjoyed the pool and feeding the koi fish. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location! Walkable neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great location, incredibly helpful staff, very spacious and comfortable. Only concern is that there’s no AC, but they do everything to help you out with that including ceiling fans, 2 large excellent upright fans, blinds and black out curtains. Definitely did not pose a problem when we were there at end of June. Would totally stay again!

Wonderful hotel, large spacious room, lobby has a magnificent Koi pond, the kids loved it. Pool and hot tub are great. Perfect location for downtown Victoria. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see and need. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing from the lobby with the Koi fish ponds to the pool and hot tub! The room was great with a nice patio to sit at and enjoy the views of the park across the street. Having all the amenities in the room (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, etc) and the washer/dryer combo unit was really handy. Onsite spa and especially the onsite coffee shop and free bike use were great bonuses as well, but the main thing that set this place apart was the staff! To mention a few specifically, Bryana, Ben, Ayano, and Solamae were truely amazing! Always friendly and smiling and super helpful with everything from were to eat to how to get around town. Overall a perfect 29th Anniversary get away for my wife and I. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Victoria!

The property is gorgeous, sleek and modern design with elegant and thoughtful amenities. The facilities are amazing and the staff was friendly as well as incredibly helpful! The location is quiet and close to everything yet feels nestled in a beautiful park! I would stay again in a heartbeat and I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was so nicely appointed, aesthetically pleasing, yet felt like home too! Truly brilliant and conscientious design!
