Enjoyed how close we were to the waterfront. Grounds were beautiful too and our room was very clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and showed us right to our suite in the house next door. We also enjoyed a drink later in the evening at the pub. The area around the hotel was also very peaceful. We enjoyed our one night there.

Location was excellent and the rooms were nice and quiet. Thankfully there is a good restaurant onsite for those days you were exhausted to entertain going out in the evenings. Staffing was amazing. They made you feel like a regular customer, not just a number. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Very cute and quaint B&B in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful for how we should spend our one full day in Victoria. We also loved the pub on the property as well. Would stay here again if we return to Victoria!

This is a lovely hotel, a cross between an American bed-and-breakfast and an charming hotel. Lots of antiques, rooms have character and very colorful, staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant and pub on the lower level and way. about 1 1/2 blocks outside the front entrance is a huge, beautiful park with a pand lots of paved trails and even a lookout over the bay. Highly recommend this place.
