The hotel, overall, was an amazing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Beautiful buildings. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. I would definitely return in the future and highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
A beautiful building in a quiet street. A pleasant 10 minute walk to city centre. Helpful and friendly staff. An excellent breakfast and thoughtful touches like the afternoon tasty treats.
The staff are outstanding. Breakfast was excellent, and the room and bed were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The stay met or exceeded my expectations and I will gladly stay there again. It has just become my go-to place in Victoria.
The hotel is beautiful with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Staff were all so friendly and helpful and the breakfasts fantastic. It is in a quiet area about 15 walk from the waterfront. We loved it.
Abigail’s is a lovely hotel for anyone visiting Victoria. Super comfy bed, the room was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The reception staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Judy welcomed us royally on Sunday and all staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay.
The breakfast was particularly worthy of mention. All served to your table and a different menu daily. Fruit Salas, Home Made Pastries; Skinny; sweet and Savoury choice every day.
The room was comfortable and the shower powerful with huggins of hot water. The bed was lovely. The only miss for me was coffee and tea making facilities, which were in the lobby rather than the room.
In short we would highly recommend this hotel, which is in walking distance of the interior harbour and many lovely bars and restaurants
We had a great stay at the Abigail. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the free afternoon light meal—it was a nice extra. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Excellent stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was exceptional, the breakfast and snacks were delicious. We would definitely come here again.
A beautiful, warm and welcoming hotel. The staff were so helpful in making our stay in Victoria really special.
Our room was spacious and very well equipped to make it a comfortable retreat from our sightseeing.
We appreciated the extensive, breakfast which was served at the table. Only one comment is that you have to book a time slot on arrival and it was fully booked apart from 7am which was a little early. After a long journey from UK, we would have appreciated a more relaxed start to our day.
