Staff seemed to be indifferent. Not friendly, not helpful. Never told us fan was in closet until I asked for one. Had to go down. Didn't know what number to call. The room was nice and clean. Nice bathroom. Weather was so hot. Room was almost unbearable. Breakfast was good. Not much staff around to help.

Beautiful spacious rooms, nicely updated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed. Pool was ok, we didn’t get to use the sauna’s due to specific spa rules.. Hot Tub wasn’t in operation which was unfortunate. Location is fantastic and the restaurant was good.

Our unit was hot like a Sauna and nobody was able to sleep at night. While the unit was nice, it is not usable when the weather is warm. Front desk staff was also unfriendly during check in. I wouldn't go back and stay there again.

Motorcycle visit

This is the 4th stay at the hotel, and I still haven’t found anything negative to say about the hotel. The condition, facilities and bar and food prices are excellent. The service is always with a smile. I can’t wait to return. The underground parking is fabulous and is free of charge.
