A charming single story hotel in the countryside with views of at least 4 castles from the property. Our room had access to the patio(terasse) where we could sit outside and enjoy the weather. Easy drive to go out for dinner to multiple charming towns and villages. Very friendly and helpful staff, good continental breakfast. We liked it so much we decided to stay 2 extra nights. Good place to base yourself and explore the region.

What a lovely well presented hotel, with comfortable rooms, a swimming pool was available, unfortunately I didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was very good with a great choice to suit everyone. The location in the Dordogne valley is stunning, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with magnificent views

We had a wonderful stay!! The hotel was extremely clean. The rooms and bathrooms are completely updated. Our room had a patio, and the views were breathtaking. We included breakfast with our stay, which I highly recommend - it was fantastic!! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Family Run Hotel in the BEST LOCATION!!

We booked a "Family Room" in this very nice, simple looking hotel in the Dordogne Valley. The couple running the place was very nice and welcoming. Although the hotel lobby and hallways were nice, clean and simple, we were extra pleasantly surprised by our room! It had a very nice layout, with a newly renovated bathroom, and a giant loft space for kids - including 2 twin beds and a couch (3rd bed). The BEST part was the private outdoor patio with nice furniture overlooking the pool area - we ended up having lots of picnics there on that patio as it was so relaxing with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Speaking of which, the location of this place couldn't be better! It was pretty much in the exact center of everywhere we wanted to visit, and has amazing views of all of the many castles on each of the surrounding mountains! We definitely look forward to staying here again!

Highly recommend this hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well located in relations to the main sites of the Vezac area. There is a wonderful breakfast, too, for a cost of 12 euros per person that features many local honeys, cheeses, breads, and jams.

Nous y avons séjourné pour un nuit avec notre Labrador. L’hôtel est idéalement situé entre Beynac et La Roque Gageac, et face aux jardins de Marquessac. La chambre est propre, avec une petite terrasse avec vue sur le château de Beynac. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié avec des produits locaux. Nous y avons été très bien accueilli et les propriétaires sont charmants.
