Overall a good stay at Fiera Maison. The owners were good at communicating through Expedia, which was particularly helpful with couple of little glitches, including an overpayment of the room tax and getting Wifi access. They were quick to respond and offered solutions. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, and the property is in a useful location, with a local bus route nearby and only around a 20-minute walk from the station. I think it would work particularly well for a family or a group of friends who could book both rooms together. One thing to be aware of is that there isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area in the evening, so you’ll probably want to head into the centre for restaurants and atmosphere. The remote key access worked OK, although it was a little frustrating that you need internet access on your phone to use it. If you’re relying on mobile roaming, this can mean extra costs or needing to find Wi-Fi first.

Not what you expect - stay elsewhere.

This experience ruined our trip to Verona. We provided our check in time to be around 4, but were delayed. The owner didn't even approve of our "virtual keys" until 630, leaving us standing in what we (two young girls) thought was an extremely unsafe area. We actually debated going home instead but the trains weren't running to our home region anymore. The owner was not responsible despite being Online on WhatsApp, not helping us get into the apartment despite the company he uses to allow access telling us the owner would be available. 0/10 customer service. The neighbors stopped to try and help us contact him. Shout out. The room was okay, despite the bed frame looking and feeling like it would fall down. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear the alarms of the other guests going off early in the morning, as well as their detailed conversations. We also were not under the impression that there would be other guests. It was also extremely cold in the unit, with no AC or temp control available. This is a shame, but we won't be going back to Verona. Stay somewhere else.

Eccellente posizione per chi deve lavorare in fiera. Ottima organizzazione per l'accesso. Appartamento molto carino con cucina ben attrezzata in comune. Unica scomodità il bagno esterno alla camera
