The staff was great. Very friendly and accomodating. I did attempt to use the pool one morning at 7:00 AM, but it had a sign saying it didn't open until 10:00 AM. I was sure I had read something on the web site that said it opened at 6 or 7:00 AM. So I went back to my room and got showered and ready for the day. When I was almost finished with breakfast, the manager came into the dining room and said she would have opened it early for me, but by then it was too late. The door to the pool should give some indication that it could be opened early on request.
