Perfectly located, Torre dell‘Orologio is a great place to stay. It was clean and it was even possible to check in early. It had basic amenities, just what I needed. It is not the quietest location but therefore you can’t be closer to Piazza San Marco. I absolutely recommend staying in Torre dell‘Orologio.

The location is excellent, we walked everywhere and nighttime near San marco is a pleasure because the crowds are gone. The accommodations are very comfortable and it’s a quaint 2 bedroom unit. We enjoyed our stay.

This property is close to everything in the San Marco district. We were able to leave our bags so we can explore. The host/reception was very accommodating. They brought us ice when asked and gave us a map of the city. The room had a corkscrew, small kitchen. The hotel does have an elevator too :-)

This was located in a perfect location for exploring San Marco Square. We had a magical time here! Only complaint is that the main bed was really two twin thin mattresses put on top of a metal cot frame, so they weren't the most comfortable beds. Apart from that everything from check-in to check-out was excellent! The apartment size was excellent for our family of 4. We loved having a small fridge to store drinks in. We also appreciated how quiet it was. The portable AC was also powerful!

Nice clean room. Checkin was stressful as it says checkout closed after midnight. But that was not the case. Just have to wait 10 minutes for the person to come back to the desk to check-in. Great location and nice room!

Excellent place. This was the most spacious hotel we stayed and of all places in Venice where everything is small. Our suite even had a washer. It was reasonably priced and has excellent location with 2 min walking distance to St. Marks square and Piazza San Marco. Great Kitchen, excellent Air Conditioning and excellent staff. 5 Stars. You will love it!

Exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried considering the mixed reviews but I was very pleased w the state of the apartment. It’s quite spacious and borderline luxurious. We loved the large windows. Washer was inside the room which was very useful. Kitchenette, cooking equipment, microwave, and mini fridge. The only downside was that our apartment’s vents were not working.

Beautiful apartment right behind San Marco plaza. The apartment was in another building from the check in, albeit right next door. Since it is an apartment, I would be mindful of the waste disposal rules in Venice.
