The hotel which is an old palace had charm. It was also walking distance from all major sights. What we did not like was the size of the room .We could not open our suitcases. Also, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator. We had help bringing up our suitcases but no one to help the day we checked out. Staff was nice. Felt we overpaid for our stay.

Room was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of information and quick to reply to messages. Found the room a bit warm and noisy, but in buildings that are hundreds of years old, wasn’t a surprise. There was no elevator in this hotel, which is also no surprise in the old buildings. Great location to access Rialto bridge, St Mark’s, and Grand Canal. Did a gondola ride only 2mins walk away. Ask for Luki Luki. We were quite happy with this hotel.

We stayed in the attic room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely amazing—the best part of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo San Luca! The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. One thing that really impressed us was the air conditioning — it was fantastic! Even during the hot summer days in Venice, the room got so cold that we actually had to turn the AC off sometimes. 😂 Definitely one of the best AC systems we experienced in Italy! Great location, great comfort, and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again!

The room was very nice! I stayed in the room that had two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and the other hat three twin beds. First, we were greeted by the loveliest receptionist, and she offered us a complementary glass of wine. That really said the tone! After that, she walked us outside and around the corner to where our room was. It was up three flights of stairs so that I would say is the only drawback. No elevator for this room, but it’s definitely worth it! Very beautiful sweet. I know the drawback is that it only has one bathroom but again we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! The air conditioning was great! I think the only issue was the lighting. I think there was supposed to be nice LED lighting on the staircase (like in their adjacent property), but it was not finished. I think just a few lamps - in the bedroom #2 and downstairs would be great. Staff were helpful. location is a bit out of the way, but quiet, which was perfect for us.
