It was a great location on the grand canal. The bathroom did have a bad odor when we arrived and during our stay.

Room was clean and nice, quite small but has everything you need. There is a nice communal area downstairs (although only a few rooms so felt quite quiet) where you can get the final view - was very nice. Only complaint was we couldn’t get the window to shut, and messaged the hosts on our first day, but never got a response.

The unit is very small. It’s like an old apartment with 1 floor of stairs to climb. But the location is very good. Cleaning needs improvement as I saw blood stains on the sheet and the wall of the bathroom.

Excellent location. Though on google maps several places with the same name pop up to put in the exact address. Slight confusion over check it but resolved even though we were calling late at night. Bed looks directly out onto the canals and massive room. Gorgeous balcony off the shared living / kitchen area which was always empty anything. Would 100% stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Palace Canal View by Wonderful Italy. The best part of it was the location along the Grand Canal in Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony where we could watch the gondolas and the boats and wave at the other people enjoying this beautiful life. The location is convenient to shopping and dining. Due to the fact that Wonderful Italy is a large company there is no personalized service. Directions to actually get to the entrance are not clear. The door is located in a tiny alleyway at a dead end. There were other visitors who were just as confused as we were as to how and where to enter the property. We both were trying to converse with someone regarding how to get inside. The policy was that visitors only receive the code at check in which was 3pm. We came from the other side of the world and had no idea where to leave luggage or if we should stand outside the door and wait a few hours. That was a few long hours after a 12 hour flight, boat ride, walk about and jet lag. It was all worth it in the end for the view. But I believe there must be a better way. There is a courtyard between the outer and inner door. I would think they could allow guests to at least wait in the courtyard.

Great location and spacious unit. Beautiful views of the Grand Canal from our suite. We requested extra pillows and new batteries for the tv remote control and tried several times to reach the property manager but did not receive any response.

AC works great, the common area has great view to the Canal and I really loved it. The location is excellent, less than 10 min from the train station and close to shopping/dining but the house was greatly quiet.

Everything was as stated. Room was small but quaint and perfect. Even in winter we enjoyed the balcony and the fact we did not have to carry our luggage far from the train station and over the bridges! Communication was top notch!

Ah Venice

Lovely apartment in ideal area. Clean and tidy. Spacious. Few lovely restaurants in the square or just a few minutes walk over the bridge. Apartment within walk distance of main venice attractions. Can get to apartment from airport by water bus or train. Would recommend kettle with some tea/coffee facilities in apartment rather than communal area nice to have in room instead.

Great view

The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped.

Great view and great valie

We booked a canal view room for our family of 4. The view is beautiful. Room and bathroom is very clean and looks recently renovated. Communication was clear and they were quick to respond. We utilized the shared dining/kitchen area as it seemed we were the only guests staying. Love this place for the location. We arrived by train and did not have to worry about the stairs. It was only a few minutes from station. I highly recommend!

The room was satisfactory enough. A few things to note, the shower was a bit scary for safety reasons. Almost fell a few times because of the weird gap between the shower and bathroom floor. Also, there was no place to put luggage or hang things. The room was very bare and not very functional. The bed was not really comfortable either. Otherwise it was in a clean, safe building, close to the train station and was satisfactory.
