This hotel was in a great location on the Grand Canal away from the crowd by the Rialto Bridge. Very nice boutique type hotel. Our 1st time to Venice and we loved it. Staff was very helpful with making dinner Reservations for us and arranging transportation for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided many different options. However, be prepared that most dishes are served cold, but everything was good none the less. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel, with a great location opposite the station. Felt truly Venetian. The bar staff were lovely and the receptionist was so helpful. Arranged a day trip for us via private water taxi to Murano with no cost, just tip to the driver. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel! We were in the family suite in the annex building. The room was stunning in design and absolutely spotless! The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. The location was superb; a very close walk from the train station! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again should we have the opportunity!

The location was wonderful, right on the Canal and across the canal from the train station. We had a beautiful junior suite that was spacious and faced the canal. The staff was amazing. They carried bags when the lift was being repaired, arranged transportation to the airport, gave directions, made dinner reservations, and even packed us breakfast to go for an early morning flight. It was lovely in every way and we highly recommend.

Family suite in nearby location was spacious and just what we needed. Breakfast was not included but we had very early morning starts so would not have used it anyway.
